Partners
To accomplish our mission, FSA relies extensively upon partnerships since no single agency or organization has the staff or resources to tackle the many challenges affecting shorebird and seabird conservation in Florida. Our partners are very diverse and include: concerned citizens, citizen scientists, professional biologists and land managers, community groups, non-governement organizations, businesses, and government agencies. We define our partners as any group or individual whose work contributes directly or indirectly to the conservation of shorebirds and seabirds in Florida. Local and Regional Partnerships
FSA is comprised of several local and regional partnerships. In general, these groups meet periodically to discuss issues affecting their particular areas and to coordinate monitoring and management activities. Learn more about each of the partnerships using the interactive map below.
